2006 Lees Industrial Services Limited was incorporated and in January 2007, after extensive research, Lees Industrial Services Limited developed, manufactured and introduced its product called BritFoam®; a British resin based hard foam, into the already very competitive PetroChemical and Construction marketplace.
BritFoam® offers an alternative decommissioning solution to the current concrete slurry filling of abandoned tanks, pipelines and a variety of voids and spaces. Our tank/pipeline decommissioning procedure is accepted by Petroleum Enforcement Authorities throughout the United Kingdom and our product BritFoam® meets the required criteria as stated in Section 15 of the APEA/IP Design, Construction, Modification, Maintenance and Decommissioning of Filling Stations (The Blue Book) Revised June 2018. 4th Edition.
Although still trading independently L.I.S (North Western) Limited and Lees Industrial Services Limited were brought together and rebranded the L.I.S Group in 2010.
